Jacqueline Pinkham Holistic Reflexology

Facial Reflexology

The Sorensen-Lopez technique of Facial Reflexology is a new therapy introduced to the UK in 2003. Based on methods used by nomadic Indians living in the remote parts of the Andes, areas which were once occupied by the Incas, it also includes methodology used by the Chinese and Vietnamese.

After 25 years study and practice, the developed therapy of Lone Sorensen-Lopez has proved highly succesful in many parts of the world. It is a combination of techniques which stimulate zones and points that correspond with organs and body systems. It opens the meridians, detects the imbalances and helps the whole body to re-establish and restore normal functioning and harmony.

This therapy uses a very light application of Rosa Mosqueta, as used by the South American Indians, and usually a profound state of relaxation occurs while the basic zones are worked with the fingers.

It is an excellent therapy for reducing stress and anxiety, can help improve circulatory, digestive and eliminatory systems, as well as stimulating muscles.

It is particularly helpful for those suffering from motor-related illnesses, stroke, brain damage, MS, ME, dementia and alzheimers, as well as many other acute and chronic conditions and often has a faster response than when working the feet.
