Massage has featured in early Ayurvedic texts that date back nearly 4000 years. Although originally developed as part of an Indian woman's daily grooming routine, it was soon discovered that it not only strengthened muscles and firmed the skin, but also encouraged the body's natural healing abilities.

You will relax totally during the 30 minute session as you experience a combination of strong and gentle massaging movements across shoulders, neck, down your arms, over your scalp and also your ears, finishing with gentle face massage and chakra balancing, leaving you with a feeling of peace and calm within.
